Old Trafford stadium map and categories

Old Trafford stadium was originally built in 1909 and was last renovated in 2006. The stadium has a total capacity of 76,000 and is located in the neighbourhood of Old Trafford, in the South West of the city of Manchester. Old Trafford stadium is made of 2 long-side stands (The Sir Alex Ferguson Stand and the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand) and of 2 short-side stands (West Stand and East stand). The stadium has an elevation of 4 tiers on the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand, 3 tiers on the short-side and North corners, and only 2 tiers for the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand.

The Old Trafford categories are divided into the classic Long-side / Short-side – Upper tier / Lower tier categories, along with VIP areas and plenty of Executive boxes (Salford Suite, Manchester Suite, 500 club etc…). Each block starts with a letter, followed by 2 or 3 digits. For example, E239 refers to the block located on the East Stand, second tier, block 39.

500 Club The 500 Club is located in the North East Quadrant (NE3426) and offer superb seats with an informal hospitality, making it the perfect match day experience at the Old Trafford.

IMPORTANT NOTE VIP Area :
The Hospitality areas open from three hours prior to kick-off and up to one hour after the final whistle. Smart casual Dress Code : Smart jeans and trainers are permitted as well as home kits and colours. Tracksuits are not allowed in the VIP areas at Old Trafford stadium ground.

Old Trafford regular categories

Long-side Lower tier Arguably the best seats in the house (after the VIP options), the long-side lower tier category tickets offer the best view of the match. You can almost smell the grass from there… as close to the action as you can get.
Long-side Upper tier These seats are located on upper tiers of the Long-side stands of Old Trafford stadium. (Alex Ferguson Stand and Bobby Charlton Stand). The view is unobstructed and absolutely breathtaking.
Short-side Lower tier These seats are located behind each goal (East and West Stands) on the first 2 tiers. The view from this category is great.
Short-side Upper tier The cheapest tickets at Old Trafford are located on the Short-side Upper tier category, behind each goal. (3rd tier of West and East stands)
Disabled section The Section for People with reduced mobility are located in the Lower east Stand in blocks E133, E134 and E135.
Family Section Old Trafford has a family section where the atmosphere is great and the view is outstanding. The Family section is spread on 7 blocks in the West Stand and South West Corner (Blocks FAMW206 to FAMW212).
Away fans The Away Fans section consists of 4 blocks in corner of the East Stand and South Stand. (blocks E132, E230, E231 and E232).
